IM ADDICTED TO WEIGHT LOST

Recently my newest hobbies have been researching weight loss. From weight loss programs, to the pills, i've researched it all. Disappointed with the results, losing weight fast is not good, .5-2 lbs a week is healthy. Most weight loss pills are unhealthy. WIth that being said, my dream of losing 30lbs before my birthday is unrealistic. Lately i've just been eating healthy and exercising, basically losing the weight the right way, and im excited to see the ending results when i finally reach my goal
